This is part two of the popular 2014 program presented by three local experts, Forrest Duncan, Carolyn Jordan and Matt Stiles.  In 2014 they focused on The “Fairness Factor”; doing due diligence when hiring to avoid terminations, properly designing and the implementation of terminations, and reinforcing your company’s discipline and termination policies and procedures.  Join them for a continuation of this program which will include an update on the latest legal issues regarding separation, retaliator discharge, whistle blower and disability changes-especially with regard to maternity leave.  This will be an interactive session.  Come prepared to discuss and solve real life separation issues in round table discussion groups.
