Local links: – govt. positions Jefferson Co - training – African Americans in HR - website information provided by the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce. - provides tons of information for current and prospective human resource graduate students. A master’s degree in human resources provide classes in human relations management and law that can eventually lead to work in upper-level governmental or corporate positions. Students who pursue a campus-based or online PhD in human resources may also find opportunities to affect public policy and human relations legislation.
