The HR Career Transitions Networking Group:
· Will provide job search education, resources, support, and networking opportunities to members currently engaged in an HR job search.
· Will be focused on HR members currently unemployed but will also be open to any BSHRM members not actively looking for work, but in need of similar skills.
· Will follow Lee Hecht Harrison's Job Search Work Team system to help increase job search accountability and success (see Attachment for details).
· Will be led by a licensed Lee Hecht Harrison Job Search Facilitator.
· Will be supplemented by HR professionals speaking on a variety of HR job search topics.
· Will allow regular attendees resumes and bio's to be distributed to potential employers through Lee Hecht Harrison's Career Resource Network database.
· Is FREE to all Members - MUST be a BSHRM Member
· Date: The group will meet every other Thursday
