Regular Member

Regular membership in the Chapter may be granted to: (1) human resource professionals primarily engaged in providing human resource services exclusively  
employer; (2) human resource professionals primarily engaged in delivering human resource consulting services to one or more organizations other than their own employer; (3) individuals not actively employed in a human resource capacity but who provide a product to the HR community requiring in-depth consulting provided they achieve and maintain active professional certification(s) related to the field of human resource management (i.e. SPHR, PHR, CCP, CEBS, etc.); (4) faculty members of colleges and universities who hold assistant, associate, or full professor rank in Human Resource Management, Management, any of its specializations; (5) placement personnel of colleges, technical schools, junior college and universities; and, (6) recent college graduates and practicing professionals not employed at the time of membership enrollment or renewal.

Associate Member

Associate membership in the Chapter may be granted to those individuals engaged primarily in sales or other non-human resource activities provided such individuals provide proof of and maintain current membership in the Society
for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Those Associate members who achieve and maintain active professional certification(s) related to the field of human resources management (i.e. PHR, SPHR, CCP, CEBS, etc.) shall qualify for
conversion to Regular membership status. Associate membership in the Chapter may not exceed fifteen percent of the total membership. Associate members shall not be entitled to vote in matters of Chapter business or Bylaw changes and shall not hold elective office in the Chapter.  Click Here to Apply.


Student Member

Student membership may be granted to those individuals not actively employed in a human resource capacity and who are pursuing a course of secondary learning leading to employment in the human resources field or a related profession. Student Members shall not be entitled to vote in matters of Chapter business or Bylaw changes and shall not be entitled to hold elective office in the Chapter.  Click Here to Apply.
