FINANCE: Acts as financial officer and advisor to chapter board of directors. Responsible for all chapter financial transactions, including submitting membership dues.  Prepares reports and communicates key financial data to the Board and membership, as appropriate.  Ensures appropriate level of cash reserves is maintained.   Ensures forms and information with are appropriately filed with IRS, SHRM and other required entities.
