Manages all aspects of certification classes including instructor recruitment. Encourages members to become certified and recertified. Increases the number of chapter members who are certified HR Professionals. Promotes events with SHRM and HRCI recertification credits.

Plans and encourages chapter involvement and activities impacting the workforce readiness arena. Develops and responds to requests from the community for consultations in the area of workforce planning, employment strategies and career assistance

Periodically presents key changes or important to know information to membership.
