Direct and contract placement staffing firm
We’re searching for someone with HR leadership experience, someone accustomed to being a member of the senior leadership team and having total ownership of their role to join a rapidly-growing customer of ours in the Birmingham area.
Areas of responsibility are all-encompassing including payroll and safety for this manufacturing / warehouse environment. Among the direct reports on the team are a Safety Manager and a couple of generalists.
The majority of the employee population is in Birmingham with other employees throughout the country for a total employee population just below 400.
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of exempt-level HR experience.
- Proven success in the implementation of HR processes and policies.
- Professional certifications preferred
Base compensation up to $125k plus Company performance bonuses.
