HealthSouth’s home office in Birmingham, AL is currently seeking a dynamic leader to head our Talent Acquisition team! As we enter 2018 with a new name and brand, this is an ideal role for someone to be at the forefront of our new venture!
The Vice President, Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing recruitment activities for Corporate, field clinical and leadership recruiting, international, and college recruiting. Managers and individual contributors will report to this position. The Vice President provides strategic recruitment leadership for all recruiting activities at HealthSouth in alignment with recruiting imperatives, including focus, direction and consistent recruiting plans, policies, processes, practices and resources. The Vice President motivates and develops recruitment leaders and staff to meet business expectations and continuously improve service levels. This position will support cultural diversity by promoting and maintaining an inclusive work environment and culture that is respectful and accepting of diversity.
License or Certification: – PHR/SPHR is desired Education, Training and Years of Experience: – Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business or related field, Master’s degree preferred. – Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR Recruitment field either with agency or corporate. Prefer combination. – Minimum 5 years management experience.
