Coordinates the onboarding process for cleared hires, including pre-hire notifications and forms, I9s, orientation support, assign checklists and mentors, ensure system access, badge and training setup, and benefits ready. Ensures that onboarding and transition processes are completed accurately and in compliance with all policies and procedures. Performs a wide variety of duties related to hiring and employment changes for staff within for Children’s of Alabama.
Associates degree in business, human resource management or related field preferred.
One to two years of related experience.
