The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will provide consultation and partnership to leaders, executives, and management staff. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. The HRBP completes work through existing processes and identifies new solutions related to organizational and workforce planning, staff development, employee engagement, and HR services and communications that support Comagine Health's mission, vision, values, and operations. The HRBP will partner with HR leadership and organization management to facilitate the delivery of HR programs and services to support the organization’s business objectives.

The HRBP is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to the organization. The role will be a part of the HR team and is critical in executing our employee initiatives, providing high-level internal customer support and driving functional excellence and process improvement.

Requirements include:

•5+ years of relevant HR experience, with demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in employee relations, legal requirements, management consultation and support, and department and workforce planning. •BA / BS in a related field (equivalent combination of education and work experience may be substituted). •PHR or SHRM-CP preferred. •Strong foundation and knowledge of principles and practice of Human Resources. •Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. •Possesses strong business acumen. •Excellent communication skills. •Strong consultation skills with various audiences throughout the organization. •Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues. •Demonstrated project management skills. •Full knowledge of full-cycle recruiting components.
