We are seeking a highly motivated person who has a knack for numbers and a flair for details to join our team. The Payroll Manager is responsible for processing multi-state and multi-entity payroll for the company. This includes overseeing all administrative activities related to payroll, employment tax, wage garnishments, and benefits deductions. This position works as a member of the People Team, maintaining effective communication with the People team members and providing excellent customer service to all level of leadership and people throughout the organization.

Essentials of the Position Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for multiple states and company entities Execute overall people-workflow in and out of the system Run and provide standard payroll and BI reports to various team members Resolve payroll discrepancies and irregularities Respond to employment verification requests Configuration of the UltiPro payroll system Manage the interfaces between UltiPro and our benefit providers Provide tier 1 technical support for software issues that users encounter Comply with local, state, and federal payroll regulations Maintain employee confidence and protect People and Payroll operations by keeping information confidential

Essential Knowledge Broad knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations Experience with UltiPro, ADP, Workday, and/or other payroll systems

Essential Experience 5+ years processing multi-state payroll required CPP certification preferred Acquisition and payroll conversion experience
Education Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field required
